Ivy Mouti is an Advocate of the High Court having been admitted to the Bar in 2018. She is also a Commissioner for Oaths, Legal Consultant as well as a Regulatory and Compliance Auditor. Ivy is an experienced dispute resolution advocate with a strong history of representing public and private sector clients in constitutional and administrative law matters; commercial litigation; insolvency processes and litigation; and environmental and land law disputes, among other areas of law. She has over the years been involved in some of the most significant litigation in Kenya, involving novel points of law, serious constitutional and legal issues, and matters of public interest. She also has interest in corporate practice, estate planning and succession, perfection of securities and real estate conveyances. She has advised clients within Africa and Asia and has represented clients before superior courts, specialized tribunals and regulatory bodies in Kenya. Beyond the law, Ivy has an interest in youth empowerment and facilitates legal aid clinics occasionally with affiliated organizations.
